Project Cars
So in my couple of hours last night I have to say this tops any Gran Turismo game by far. Top tip though, let the update load before you start or you can't do a damn thing other than run a solo race in one car. Once I got that fixed the world is wide open. Everything is adjustable or customizable. You can play the game anyway you like, at any difficulty you like, in pretty much any class of car you like. The sound is awesome, the controls are fairly standard and fully adjustable, though I couldn't pause in a race to figure out how to turn the wipers on when I ran into some rain. There are way more tracks, lot's of nice cars to play with, no grinding through to drive what you like and it looks like there's plenty to keep the game going even after you run through a career with the daily and weekly events. I just looked at the online section briefly so can't really go into that but I'm sure there are the usual asses there but you can also set up private games for up to 16 people (with the availability to fill in with AI of any difficulty) on any track, in any conditions, and in any format you want. It's nice to finally get a decent driving game for the PS4 and have to say it's pushing the 10/10 range. I'll even go so far as to say that even though I feel pretty good with using the controller (once you get used to voices coming out of it) I may actually invest in a decent driving wheel just for this game.

Re: Project Cars
Kick the AI difficulty down if you want to. That's one of the adjustments under game play I think. I'm running them at 30 and could up it a little I think. I won my first championship last night
Re: Project Cars
I wrapped up my first championship and invitational events last night. For the record this game is really way more of a simulation than anything I've ever seen. You can tweak and change whatever you want. Rain, fog, and cold tires will all effect your handling unlike other driving games I've played, GT did it to some extent but this one makes it more realistic. I also discovered that you can even customize your heads up display. If you don't like where the mini map is, select it and move it somewhere else or remove it completely. They really have come up with a game that you can truly set up and play any way you want.
Re: Project Cars
Won my first two championships, but the special event that I did, I got disquailified on the final lap because me and the ai driver rubbed fenders............hard enough for me to lose my hood twisted: bastard!!!!

Been there. Here's the recommended set up for using a controller. I changed to this yesterday and seemed to get a little more "feel" when I was driving, a little less delay in my actions.
