Re: Which TV programmes?
I have quite a bit on my planner it seems:
Jonathan Creek
Criminal Minds
Revolution
Murdoch Mysteries
The Mentalist
Grimm
Law and Order
Arrow
NCIS
The Blacklist
Mob City, Walking Dead and Sherlock all being good too.
For light entertainment I watch Mike & Molly and The Big Bang Theory
Can't help notice, we seem to like similar things so far

Got into Jonathan Creek again yet the Title screen looks soo dated now hehe.
Though lets Plays are a lot more interesting than TV nowadays.

Re: Which TV programmes?
I find it hard to believe that no one has mentioned the return of 24 this summer for 12 episodes, set right there in London no less.

I never wathced that. Well I watched half an episode of season 1 or 2, but I don't think that counts.
But I can't believe I forgot one of my absolute favourites - Sherlock! Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are just brilliant It's also very cool that they've set it to modern time and not 100 years ago or something like that.

What happened to the American version they were hyped up about some time ago?

Re: Which TV programmes?
It's called Elementary and it's not half bad. It's never going to win any awards but it is entertaining.
Re: Which TV programmes?
Elementary is good, Sherlock is better (the UK version showing at the moment).
24 will be ok, not impressed it's 12 shows though - should be 24!

Sherlock is very good and 24 is awesome. Shame its only 12 episodes but Glenn you haveto watch the other 8 seasons as your really missing out. Has to be one of the most addictive shows every made with a cliffhanger at the end of every episode. Watching a whole series back to back is the best way (well maybe in 3x8episode sittngs lol)

Re: Which TV programmes?
Boy did the Walking Dead finish well last week!
Warning!!! I have put the rest in Spoiler tags in case you have not seen it yet so don't open it and read unless you have finished season 4
Also the 4th Season of Game of Thrones started off well this week, Looking forward to seeing how the season develops.
Ive just started watching "Believe" too which has started off quite well in the first 2 episodes. Deffo one to take a look at.
Lastly i am looking forward to another new horror series starting soon called "Penny Dreadful" keep your eye out for that one.
BTW Glenn i forgot to also recommend the 3 different American Horror Story series. If you have not seen them then your missing out so look them up.

- Walking Dead Spoiler:
- How shocking was the episode with the young sisters eh!! They really built up your affection to the younger one and then slam dunked a wave of emotions over you as the older one kills her to make her turn into a Zombie! Then Carole has to execute the older sister as well! Boy i did not see all that coming!
Then the final episode really sets it up for the 5th Season after most of the are Captured and being held prisoner in a Cannibal Camp! What better way to stop the meat from spoiling than keeping it alive until you need it eh. Sets it up nicely for Carole to come to every ones rescue now in what promises to be a great 5th season.

Re: Which TV programmes?
I haven't seen that Daz. Will (try to remember to) check it out lol
I plan on watching Walking Dead at some point as well. My brother bought the first season a while back so might borrow it from him.
Still haven't watched season 3 of Game of Thrones either as I haven't finished the 3rd book yet. Think I need to hurry up with that before someone somewhere spoils something from it.

Re: Which TV programmes?
I'm almost excited for the start on 24 tonight. When does it start over there so I don't throw out any spoilers?
Re: Which TV programmes?
According to imdb it starts tomorrow in the UK and I guess it's the same over here. Though I don't watch 24. Never seen it but I want to watch it some time. I never started watching it when it started, think I was too young for it.

Nice, I like all of those. I think we have to make space on the Sky planner, it's rather full

Re: Which TV programmes?
Not really a spoiler to 24, they have maintained what they had going all along btw, but Stephen Fry as the Prime Minister. Not the one I would have picked but that's what we get.
Re: Which TV programmes?
Well, things really got moving this week and that's all I'm going to say besides I think we have found the female Jack Bauer after this week.
Re: Which TV programmes?
Shane, sshhh! I'm up to date with the ones over here, but we're always behind you guys on programmes lol. Steven Fry would make a great PM, I'd vote for him any day over the lying, cheating, bulshitting ones we have on offer!

Re: Which TV programmes?
Trying not to spoil it but just going to say.... when you think it's over.... it's not. Oh and one of those missiles exploded right in front of the hotel I stayed in when I was in London. Kind of cool.

Any new TV programmes you're into? We've just got rid of Sky, seem to be interested in quiz shows early evening at the moment, fun broadening the mind

I have a new favourite show - New Girl
I haven't seen season 4 yet as I'm trying to get through season 6 of Modern Family first. But I absolutely love New Girl.

I know what you mean Rocker! Our planner seems rather full, could do with a week off to catch up on stuff recorded, never mind stuff I want to watch too lol. Modern Family is funny Glenn , not heard of New Girl.
