Zombie Army Trilogy
On sale in our PS Store this week. Zombie Army Trilogy. From the makers of Sniper Elite 3, single player or 2-4 player co-op. Anyone else looking at this? C'mon it's shooting Nazi zombies in hi def. Who doesn't like that?

I was downloading it before I left for work. It should be ready to go tonight.
Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
Right from the start, I'm saying it's worth the price. Hitler unleashes zombies right before he commits suicide. They took Sniper Elite and actually improved it.... and threw in zombies. No more weapon rose to fumble through, that's a big plus. You get to pick from 8 characters and basically you are trying to get through to friendly lines. I played through the first chapter last night and it took about 2 hours so already ahead of the Order for half the price. There were some tense moments as you almost get overrun but good fun. Shotgun is king in this one but a good shot still does the job. The xray kill cam is still there with zombie guts flying everywhere. Campaign can be 2 person co-op and there's a Horde mode (anyone remember WaW zombies?) for up to 4 people to co-op. It's been a while since I did this but I'm going 9/10, good graphics, lot's of options, pretty much everything you want in a game. It would be perfect if ammo was a little more accessible
Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
It wont be until the weekend that I would get it.

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
And here's how it looks in action.... 5 hours into it and I still have a long way to go.
Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
So I finished the first section last night, yes I escaped Berlin. One thing I was wrong on, the campaign co-op and Horde modes are both for up to 4 people, though I'm sure there will be more zombies coming after you with more players. So the first 1/3 took me 6 1/2 hours. With 2 more sections to go I'm sure it's well worth the money.
Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
Looks hard enough, and with big lmg totting brutes that eat up ammo, jeez!

Alrighty then, fun, at times a little hard, but fun setting up traps, but sure can go thru the ammo. Shane, you didn't tell me that they can come up from behind .

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
Umm yeah, you do want to keep any eye behind you. That's why I'm thinking with 2 or more people it can get pretty exciting. You'll also want to try getting to corpses before they dissolve to try to get some of that ammo back but you don't have much time to do that. Oh and keep in mind that they may come back to life while you're checking the body.
And just for Stu.... there's lot's of doors for you to block buddy.

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
Yes, i did notice that you have to get to the bodies quickly, and had several that came back , but the ones that get me are the ones that run and blow up. And yes Stu, door ways aplenty.

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
I made it through the part I was having trouble with last night and then found myself in the Fuhrerbunker... there's some strange stuff going on there. Top tip, when someone appears in the door after you answer a phone, don't shoot him because all you're doing is shooting yourself. Yes I found that out the hard way.

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
Rocker sorry we couldn't do it last night you sent the message just when I had said, if I don't make it past here, I'm done for the night, and had just died.
I did have a moment last night that reminded me of the old WaW days. I'm getting overun so I fell back into a hallway I had come through just minutes before, to regroup, only to find every door blocked by my doppleganger.... all I could say was "Damnit Stu! get the hell out of the way!"

Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
So Rocker and I worked out that the co-op does work as long as we can stay connected. As far as I could tell, the main difference between sp and co-op is not the number of enemies you run into but the number of bosses. We finished up cornered in a church with 2 of them coming after us and I was only expecting 1.... oops. We may have to work on tactics a little better, had we been able to get outside and get some room, I think we would have had a better chance at taking them down. Anyway, it works and that's the big thing, I also like that you can use any set up you want instead of being stuck with 2 different classes like SE3.
Re: Zombie Army Trilogy
I figured it out, I was having drops in the connections. Just have to make sure the kid isnt doing a lot of downloads on his computer.
